Common use of Confidentiality of Services Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Services. All Consulting Services performed by the Consultant, including but not limited to all drafts, data, correspondence, proposals, reports and estimates compiled or composed by the Consultant, pursuant to this Agreement, are for the sole use of the City, its agents and employees. Neither the documents nor their contents shall be released to any third party without the prior written consent of the City.
