Confidentiality of the Company’s Property. Executive recognizes that all of the documents and other tangible items which contain any of the Company’s Confidential Information are the Company’s property exclusively, including those documents and items which Executive may have developed or contributed to developing while employed by the Company, whether or not developed during regular working hours or on the Company’s premises.
