Confidentiality; Ownership of Information; Privileged Information. The provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement relating to confidentiality of information, ownership of information, privileged information, and related matters shall apply with equal force to any records and information prepared and shared by and among the Parties in carrying out the intent of this Agreement.
