Common use of Configuration Clause in Contracts

Configuration. 3.1 Subject to the provisions of Article 3.2, below, the configuration for the *** Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Boeing Model 737-*** aircraft, at the revision level in effect at the time of Definitive Agreement (as defined below).
