Confirmation Effective Date. This Confirmation shall be binding on the Parties upon the signature date of the last Party to execute this Confirmation (such date the “Confirmation Effective Date”).

Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

Initial Effective Date The initial effective date of coverage under the Group Insurance Program is the thirty-fifth (35th) day following the employee's first day of employment, re- hire, or reinstatement with the State.
