Confirmation of Commencement and Termination. After (a) the Rent Commencement Date or (b) the expiration of the Term or any earlier termination of this Lease by action of law or in any other manner, the Landlord shall confirm in writing by instrument in recordable form that, respectively, such rent commencement or such termination has occurred, setting forth therein, respectively, the Rent Commencement Date and the Termination Date.
