Confirmation of Lease Commencement Date. Within forty-five (45) days after the Lease Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant agree to execute and deliver a Lease Commencement Agreement (substantially in the form of Exhibit E) setting forth the Lease Commencement Date and Lease Expiration Date.
