Common use of Confirmation of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Lease Term. When the Commencement Date and the Expiration Date have been ascertained, the parties shall promptly complete and execute a Notice of Lease Term Dates in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto; provided, however, that the failure of the parties to confirm same shall not affect the Commencement Date or otherwise invalidate this Lease.
