Submission of Lease. Submission of this instrument for examination or signature by Tenant does not constitute a reservation of, option for or option to lease, and it is not effective as a lease or otherwise until execution and delivery by both Landlord and Tenant.

The effective date of this Lease shall be the date filled in on Page 1 hereof by Landlord, which shall be the date of execution by the last of the parties to execute the Lease.

This instrument shall not be effective until executed by both Landlord and Tenant. Execution of this Lease by Tenant shall constitute an offer by Tenant to lease the Premises, which offer shall be deemed accepted by Landlord when this Lease is executed by Landlord and delivered to Tenant.
Submission of Lease. The submission of this lease to Tenant is not an offer to lease the Premises, or an agreement by Landlord to reserve the Premises for Tenant. Landlord will not be bound to Tenant until Tenant has duly executed and delivered duplicate original leases to Landlord and Landlord has duly executed and delivered one of those duplicate original leases to Tenant.
