Common use of Confirmation of Lifting Schedules Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Lifting Schedules. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the beginning of a calendar month, the Contractor shall either confirm the feasibility of the proposed monthly lifting schedules or, alternatively, advise necessary modifications to such schedules. Such confirmation which shall be in the form of a combined lifting schedule should include a loading date range of three (3) days for each lifting, the first day being the earliest date of arrival and the third day being the latest date of arrival.
