Common use of Confirmation of Tenant's Knowledge Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Tenant's Knowledge. Upon request from Landlord or Landlord's lender at any time, Tenant shall promptly execute all affidavits, representations, and any other similar documents as Landlord or Landlord's lender may request concerning the Tenant's best knowledge and belief regarding the presence or absence, or the use, generation, storage, disposal or transportation of Hazardous Materials under, about, or from the Premises.
