Common use of Confirmation of Term Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding any provision of the Existing Lease to the contrary: (a) as contemplated by the Existing Lease, the Expiration Date of the Term of the Lease of the Existing Premises is January 31, 2011; and (b) the initial Term of the Lease of the 640 Galveston Space shall expire later as provided below.
