Common use of Confirmation of the Plan Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of the Plan. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confirmation of each Plan as soon as reasonably practicable following the Commencement Date in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and on terms consistent with this Agreement, and each Supporting Party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate fully in connection therewith.

Confirmation of the Plan. The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confirmation of each the Plan as soon as reasonably practicable following the Commencement Petition Date in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and on terms consistent with this Agreement, and each Supporting Party Consenting Creditor shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate fully in connection therewith.

Confirmation of the Plan. The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confirmation of each the Plan as soon as reasonably practicable following the Commencement Date in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and on terms consistent with this Agreement and the DIP Credit Agreement, and each Supporting Party shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate fully in connection therewith.

The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain confirmation of each the Plan as soon as reasonably practicable following the Commencement Date (and on or prior to April 20, 2017) in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and on terms consistent with this Agreement, ; and each Supporting Party Xxxxx and the Committee shall use its their commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate fully in connection therewith.

The Company shall use commercially reasonable best efforts to obtain confirmation of each the Plan as soon as reasonably practicable following the Commencement Date in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code and on terms consistent with this Agreement, and each Supporting Party Consenting Creditor shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to cooperate fully in connection therewiththerewith as provided herein.
