Payment of Statutory Fees. All fees payable pursuant to section 1930(a) of the Judicial Code, as determined by the Court at a hearing pursuant to section 1128 of the Bankruptcy Code, shall be paid by each of the Reorganized Debtors (or the Disbursing Agent on behalf of each of the Reorganized Debtors) for each quarter (including any fraction thereof) until the Chapter 11 Cases are converted, dismissed, or closed, whichever occurs first.

Payment of Statutory Fees. All fees due and payable pursuant to section 1930(a)(6) of Title 28 of the United States Code (“Quarterly Fees”) prior to the Effective Date shall be paid by the Debtor on the Effective Date. After the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtor shall be liable for any and all Quarterly Fees when they are due and payable after the Effective Date. The Debtor shall file all Monthly Reports due prior to the Effective Date when they become due, in a form reasonably acceptable to the U.S. Trustee. From and after the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtor shall file with the Bankruptcy Court Quarterly Reports in a form reasonably acceptable to the U.S. Trustee, which reports shall include a separate schedule of disbursements made by the Reorganized Debtor during the applicable period, attested to by an authorized representative of the Reorganized Debtor. The Reorganized Debtor shall remain obligated to pay Quarterly Fees to the U.S. Trustee until the earliest of the Debtor’s cases being closed, dismissed or converted to a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Payment of Statutory Fees. All fees payable pursuant to section 1930 of Title 28 of the United States Code with respect to periods after the Effective Date shall be paid by the Reorganized Debtor or Liquidating Trustee when otherwise due.

Payment of Statutory Fees. All fees payable under section 1930, chapter 123, title 28, United States Code, as determined by the Bankruptcy Court at the Confirmation Hearing, shall be paid on the Consummation Date. Any such fees accrued after the Consummation Date will constitute an Allowed Administration Expense Claim and be treated in accordance with section 2.1 hereof.

Payment of Statutory Fees. In the event that the Chapter 11 Cases remain open (or are closed but then reopened) solely because of disputes relating to the Liquidation Trust or this Trust Agreement, the Liquidation Trust Administrator shall be responsible and shall pay or shall reimburse the Debtors for, solely from the Liquidation Trust Assets, all fees payable by the Debtors pursuant to section 1930 of title 28 of the United States Code (the “UST Fees”) as required by that section. .
Payment of Statutory Fees. On or before the Effective Date, the Debtors shall pay all fees payable pursuant to 28 U.S.C. ss. 1930 and shall continue to pay such fees as they come due after the Effective Date until a final decree is entered closing the Reorganization Cases in accordance with section 350(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3022.
