Common use of Confirmation of the Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of the Power of Attorney. The Pledgor must produce and execute at the request of the Pledgee all documents necessary to evidence or confirm the grant of the power of attorney under Clause 11.1 (Grant of the Power of Attorney) including, but not limited to, re-execution of that power of attorney in notarial form.

Confirmation of the Power of Attorney.
