Common use of Confirmation Pursuant to Sections 1129(a Clause in Contracts

Confirmation Pursuant to Sections 1129(a. (10) and 1129(b) of the Bankruptcy Code Section 1129(a)(10) of the Bankruptcy Code shall be satisfied for purposes of Confirmation by acceptance of the Plan by an Impaired Class of Claims. The Debtors shall seek Confirmation of the Plan pursuant to section 1129(b) of the Bankruptcy Code with respect to any rejecting Class of Claims or Interests.

Confirmation Pursuant to Sections 1129(a. (10) and 1129(b) of the Bankruptcy Code Code.
