Confirmations; Information. The Company and the Trust (or holder of the Trust Note) agree from time to time, upon written request received by it from the other, to confirm to the other in writing the aggregate unpaid principal balance then outstanding under the Trust Note and such other matters relating to the Trust Loan, the Trust, the ESOP or the purchase of Shares as may reasonably be the subject of inquiry.
