Common use of Confirmatory Amendments Clause in Contracts

Confirmatory Amendments. When the Commencement Date and Expiration Date hereof have been determined in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Lease, the parties hereto shall execute a document, setting forth said dates and said document shall be deemed a supplement to and part of this Lease. The parties hereto agree to execute such confirmatory document not later than thirty (30) days following the Commencement Date.
