Conflict during the Term. If a Conflict arises during the Term, the Accreditation Authority must notify AHPRA in writing immediately of the Conflict, make full disclosure of all relevant information relating to the Conflict and take such steps as AHPRA, in consultation with the Board, requires to resolve or otherwise deal with the Conflict.
