Common use of Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clauses 3 through 4.2 of this Article, no Member shall enter into any research program involving human subjects where there exists an actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest.
