Common use of Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment. The existence of an actual or apparent conflict of interest does not necessarily preclude involvement in the matter which has given rise to the actual or apparent conflict; however, the Member shall disclose, in writing, such conflict to the Xxxx as soon as possible after becoming aware of it.
