Conflict of Interest and Grantee commentary. 13.1 The Grantee shall ensure that it has adequate procedures in place to enable early identification and effective management of any conflicts of interest which it or its Staff may have in relation to this Grant Contract. Where the Grantee identifies a conflict of interest it shall notify the Authority of this and provide information about how this is being managed.
