Conflict of Interest for Former State Employees. The Contractor certifies and shall require any subcontractor to certify to the following: Former State employees will not be awarded a contract for two (2) years from the date of separation if that employee had any part of the decision making process relevant to the contract, or for one year from the date of separation if that employee was in a policy making position in the same general subject area as the proposed contract within the twelve (12) month period of his or her separation from State service.
