CONFLICT OF INTEREST - The. PROVIDER (SUBRECIPIENT) agrees to abide by the provisions of 24 CFR 570.611 with respect to conflicts of interest, and covenants and certifies that it presently has no financial interest, and that no employee, agent, consultant, or officer will acquire any financial interest, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of any service required under this agreement.

  • Conflict of Interests II.2.1 The beneficiary undertakes to take all the necessary measures to prevent any risk of conflict of interests which could affect the impartial and objective performance of the agreement. The Company’s employees are required to comply with a policy of impartiality and to disregard any material interests or conflicts of interest when advising the Client.
