CONFLICT OF INTERESTS/CONFIDENTIALITY. 8.1 The Parties agree to keep strictly confidential and not to use or allow others to use, in companies in which they directly or indirectly participate, whether or not petrochemical companies, in any way or on any pretext, the Braskem confidential information (trade secrets), including, but not limited to, the financial, commercial, operational and strategic information to which they may have access.
