Common use of CONFLICT ON INTEREST Clause in Contracts

CONFLICT ON INTEREST. The bidder shall disclose any and all possible conflicts of interest if any senior or managing personnel of the Contractor have a potentially conflicting business or personal relationships with any City employees that have or may have a role in the selection or management of the services or goods being solicited. Providing such disclosure will not necessarily disqualify a Contractor form providing a proposal or bid. Failure to disclose a potential conflict of interest may result in rejection of the proposal or bid or termination or a resultant contract.
