Conflict or Inconsistency. The rights and obligations of the Parties established by and under this Contract shall continue to exist throughout the Joint Venture Term and shall not be prejudiced by the establishment of the Company, the adoption of the Articles of Association or the execution of any of the agreements contemplated herein. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Contract on the one hand and the Articles of Association or other agreements contemplated herein on the other, the Articles of Association and other agreements contemplated herein shall prevail.
