Common use of Conflict or Inconsistency Clause in Contracts

Conflict or Inconsistency. If there be any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SPECIAL CONDITIONS and the provisions of the other Contract Documents, the provision of the SPECIAL CONDITIONS shall prevail. If there be any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the AGREEMENT and the provisions of any of the Contract Documents other than the SPECIAL CONDITIONS, the provisions of the AGREEMENT shall prevail.
