CONFLICT RESOLUTION REGARDING CASE MANAGEMENT. The County and the CDSS shall use customary and available problem-solving methods and resources in efforts to resolve differences. Any disagreements or conflicts regarding a case shall be resolved as follows: A. The primary social workers from the County and the CDSS shall meet and confer to resolve differences. B. If the primary social workers are unable to resolve differences, the County supervisor and the CDSS supervisor and primary social workers shall meet and confer to resolve differences. C. If the supervisors and social workers are unable to resolve differences, the County Program Manager and the CDSS’ Adoptions Regional Office Manager and their respective supervisors and social workers shall meet and confer to resolve differences. D. If issues that are regulatory or statutory in nature cannot be resolved adequately at the local level through the above procedures, the matter in dispute shall be referred in writing to the appropriate state administrative office(s) for clarification and direction.
