Conflict with Common Terms. If there is any conflict between the Common Terms as incorporated by reference into this Agreement and the other provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of the incorporated Common Terms shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. For the purpose of this Agreement the Common Terms shall be governed, read and construed in accordance with Spanish law. SECTION B
