Definitions and Common Terms. 1.1 Whenever used in this Agreement, the words and phrases defined in paragraph 1 (Definitions) of Schedule 1 (Master Definitions Schedule) to the master framework agreement dated on or about the date of this Agreement (as amended and/or restated from time to time) between, among others, the parties hereto shall, unless otherwise defined herein or the context requires otherwise, bear the same meanings herein (including the recitals hereto) and the rules of construction set out in paragraph 2 (Principles of Interpretation and Construction) of that schedule shall govern the interpretation hereof. In addition, whenever used in this Agreement, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
