Conflict with Original Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this First Supplemental Indenture, the Original Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture is inconsistent with any provision of the Original Indenture, the provision of this First Supplemental Indenture shall control.
Conflict with Original Indenture. To the extent that any of the terms set forth in this Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture or the certificates representing the Debentures shall conflict with any of the terms of the Original Indenture, the terms of this Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture and the certificates representing the Debentures shall be controlling with respect to the Debentures. ARTICLE TWO
Conflict with Original Indenture. To the extent any provision hereof conflicts with the rights, powers, protections, immunities, and indemnities provided to the Trustees under the Original Indenture, the Original Indenture shall control.

To the extent that any of the terms set forth in this Tenth Supplemental Indenture or the certificates representing the Debentures shall conflict with any of the terms of the Original Indenture, the terms of this Tenth Supplemental Indenture and the certificates representing the Debentures shall be controlling with respect to the Debentures. Conflict with Original Indenture. If any provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Original Indenture, such provision of this Second Supplemental Indenture shall control.
