Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture definition

Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture means the supplemental indenture dated as of May 15, 1988, hereinbefore referred to.

Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture means the seventeenth supplemental indenture to the Indenture dated as at November 30, 2021 and providing for the creation and issuance of the Series Q Debentures.
