There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 2016-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 2016-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 2016-A 201[__]-[__] Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 2016-A 201[__]-[__] Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162017-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162017-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162018-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162018-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162019-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162019-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162020-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162020-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162012-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162012-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 2016-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 2016-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162019-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162019-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162023-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162023-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162024-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162024-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162020-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162020-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162018-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162018-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162021-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162021-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162024-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162015-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162015-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162013-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162013-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162013-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162013-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162014-A Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162014-A Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Conflict with Other Agreements. There are no other agreements entered into between the Securities Intermediary in such capacity and the Initial Secured Party with respect to the 20162015-A B Exchange Note Collection Account. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement (or any portion thereof) and any other agreement now existing or hereafter entered into with respect to the 20162015-A B Exchange Note Collection Account, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
