Environmental Impact. Notwithstanding any other term, covenant or condition contained in this Lease, in the event that any Alteration has any adverse environmental impact on the Premises. Landlord may deny Tenant the right to proceed in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.
Environmental Impact. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed action is not a project as defined by 14 California Code of Regulations 15378 (State CEQA Guidelines) and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
Environmental Impact. The National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) (Public Law 91-190) establishes national policy goals and procedures to protect and enhance the environment. NEPA applies to all federal agencies and requires them to consider the probable environmental consequences of any major federal activity, including activities of other organizations operating with the concurrence or support of a federal agency. This includes grant-supported activities under this Contract if federal funds are involved. Additional environmental requirements include:
a. The institution of environmental quality control measures under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (P.L. 91-190) and Executive Order 11514;
b. The notification of violating facilities pursuant to Executive Order 11738 (all contracts, subcontracts, and subgrants in excess of $100,000);
c. The protection of wetlands pursuant to Executive Order 11990;
d. The evaluation of flood hazards in floodplains in accordance with Executive Order 11988;
e. The assurance of project consistency with the approved state management program developed under the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. §§ 1451 et seq.);
f. The conformity of federal actions to State (Clean Air) Implementation Plans under Section 176 (c) of the Clean Air Act of 1955, as amended (42 U.S.C. §§ 7401 et seq.);
g. The protection of underground sources of drinking water under the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, as amended, (P.L. 93-523),
h. The protection of endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, (P.L. 93-205) and;
i. The protection of the national wild and scenic rivers system under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1968 (16 U.S.C. §§ 1271 et seq.).
Environmental Impact. All major locations have implemented an environmental management system (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 and have established an Environmental, Health and Safety policy (PDM Doc 90730673). As applicable to the goods or services provided in connection with this Order, Xxxxxx agrees to assist Buyer in reducing service, material and product life cycle environmental impacts by: obtaining and complying with required environmental permits; engaging in pollution prevention and waste reduction; improving environmental controls and processes; and complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Buyer may reasonably request that Seller measure and report its sustainability and environmental progress and improvements to Buyer on a form provided by Xxxxx. If Seller provides goods or services to a Buyer location with a certified environmental management system, Seller agrees to comply with that location's operational controls relevant to Seller's activities, goods or services including those related to established significant environmental aspects.
Environmental Impact. 48.6.1 The Private Party undertakes to bring to the attention of SANParks any matter which may, in its view, have a detrimental impact on the Environment within the Restaurant and or Retail Facilities and the Protected Area.
48.6.2 The operator needs to subscribe to the South African Seafood Initiative (SASSI) and only sell fish in the shops and restaurants with green status or SASSI certified.
Environmental Impact. The Provider shall endeavour to avoid any adverse impact on the environment that may arise from on-site operations, including the use of Defra or other Contracting Body approved disinfectant which can be dependent on related orders, disease type and legislation. Environmental Impact. The Supplier must:
a) fulfil all environmental requirements in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and permits;
b) appoint persons responsible for environmental issues within its organization;
c) ensure its employees have appropriate knowledge and experience of environmental issues, as well as resources to enable them to fulfil their environmental responsibilities;
d) ensure availability to all employees of written instructions and relevant information relating to processes with a potential environmental impact (e.g. storage and handling of hazardous materials);
e) work to prevent any environmental emergencies and ensure preparedness to respond appropriately in such an event by analysing, identifying and adopting preventive and corrective measures;
f) manage environmental breaches or disputes systematically and communicate the information to employees and external stakeholders, including the Company if affected;
g) provide the Company with up-to-date material safety data sheets (TDS or SDS) and all relevant documents and information requested by the Company.
Environmental Impact. Information regarding the projected environmental impact of the Project.
Environmental Impact. Some applications may be subject to a federal environmental screening process. Any project on federal land, including reserve lands, that involves the construction of a new building or repairs to an existing building, or will produce any waste that is not household waste requires the completion of an environmental review process through Indigenous Services Canada. . Projects on Crown land in Ontario may be subject to permits. Successful applicants who are subject to this environmental screening or permits will be notified about the process.
Environmental Impact. The agency has determined under 21 CFR 25.30(a), 25.30(k), and 25.32(g) that this action is of a type that does not individually or cumulatively have a significant effect on the human environment. Therefore, neither an environmental assessment nor an environmental impact statement is required.
