Conflicting Definitions. In the event of a conflict between a term in any executed Technology Development Contract or any supplemental or additional term agreed to in writing from time to time between the parties and these Standard Terms and Conditions, any Technology Development Contract and any supplemental or additional term agreed to in writing after the date hereof shall prevail.
