Conflicting Documents. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of referenced documents and this subcontract, the documents shall be interpreted in the following order of precedence: This subcontract; Any documents incorporated into this subcontract by reference; Master Contract GHME1 or any of its subsequent renewals or amendments; Any documents incorporated by reference into Master Contract GHME1 or any of its subsequent renewals or amendments.
