Conflicting Documents. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of referenced documents and this subcontract, the documents shall be interpreted in the following order of precedence:
1. This subcontract;
2. Any documents incorporated into this subcontract by reference;
Conflicting Documents. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of referenced documents and this subcontract, the documents shall be interpreted in the following order of precedence: This subcontract; Any documents incorporated into this subcontract by reference; Master Contract GHME1 or any of its subsequent renewals or amendments; Any documents incorporated by reference into Master Contract GHME1 or any of its subsequent renewals or amendments.
Conflicting Documents. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern the performance of the Parties hereunder notwithstanding any inconsistent, conflicting or additional language as may exist on purchase orders, invoices, confirmation, order acknowledgements or other forms of communications of either QUOTIENT or STRATEC.
Conflicting Documents. To the extent, if any, that the specifications, drawings or other documents that may be referenced herein conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence and govern.

Solely with respect to the Parties’ obligation with respect to this Second Composite Agreement, to the extent, if any, that this Second Composite Agreement and any specifications, plans, drawings and other documents that may be incorporated herein conflict with the Easement Grant, the terms of this Second Composite Agreement and any specifications, plans, drawings and other documents that may be incorporated herein shall take precedence and govern. All rights and remedies provided by this Second Composite Agreement and the Easement Grant, shall, unless otherwise specified herein, be deemed to be cumulative so as to exist in addition to one another and to any other rights and remedies provided by law.
Conflicting Documents. If any contradictory policies or information exists between the IAEA Enrollment Packet, the IAEA Student Handbook, this IAEA Enrollment Agreement and any other IAEA content, this Enrollment Agreement will supersede all other materials.
