The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern the performance of the Parties hereunder notwithstanding any inconsistent, conflicting or additional language as may exist on purchase orders, invoices, confirmation, order acknowledgements or other forms of communications of either QUOTIENT or STRATEC.
