Conflicting Federal or State Rules. In the event that any conflicting federal or state laws or regulations, enacted after the Effective Date, prevent or preclude compliance with one or more provisions of this Agreement or require changes in plans, maps or permits approved by the County, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as to those provisions not affected.
