CONFLICTING TERMS. In the case of any conflicts between the terms of this Agreement and the Exhibits, the statements in the body of this Agreement shall govern. The Exhibits are intended to detail the technical scope of services, fee schedule, and the term of the contract only and shall not dictate Agreement terms.
