Sexual Harassment Policy. The Contractor and all Subcontractors must have a written sexual harassment prevention policy addressing sexual harassment in the workplace and must provide annual sexual harassment training to all employees.
Sexual Harassment Policy. If the Contractor employs more than five employees, the Contractor shall (i) provide annual training on the Contractor's sexual harassment policy to all supervisors and employees providing services in the Commonwealth, except such supervisors or employees that are required to complete sexual harassment training provided by the Department of Human Resource Management, and (ii) post the Contractor's sexual harassment policy in (a) a conspicuous public place in each building located in the Commonwealth that the Contractor owns or leases for business purposes and (b) the Contractor's employee handbook.
Sexual Harassment Policy. The Consultant certifies that it has a written sexual harassment policy in full compliance with Section 2-105(A)(4) of the Illinois Human Rights Act, 775 ILCS 5/2-105(A)(4).

Such policy, which will be made available to the Resident, defines and prohibits sexual harassment and sets forth a protocol whereby complaints of sexual harassment and exploitation may be addressed in a manner consistent with the law and due process. Such policy on sexual harassment may be changed by Hospital from time to time.

The Owner has policies that prohibit sexual harassment of members of the university community and in keeping with those policies CM/GC and CM/GC’s employees, agents, and Subcontractors are prohibited from engaging in sexual harassment of members of the university community.
Sexual Harassment Policy. By submission of this bid, each bidder and each person signing on behalf of any bidder certifies, and in the case of a joint bid each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, under penalty of perjury, that the bidder has and has implemented a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace and provides annual sexual harassment prevention training to all of its employees. Such policy shall, at a minimum, meet the requirements of section two hundred one-g of the labor law.
