Conflicts, Errors, Omissions, and Discrepancies. In the event of any conflict between the provision of this Agreement and the provisions of Form CO-802A to which this Agreement is attached, the provisions of this Agreement shall control. In case of conflicts, discrepancies, errors, or omissions among the various parts of this Agreement, any such matter shall be submitted immediately by Contractor to the State for clarification. The State shall issue such clarification within a reasonable period of time.
