SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. A. During the Term Contractor shall perform the Services (collectively, ”Contractor Services”) as described in its response to the Request for Proposal and set forth in more detail in Exhibit A, attached hereto. Such Services consist of processing collection samples and reporting test results to the Department of Public Health, to Comptroller and other stakeholders, as directed.

SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. 1.1. The freight forwarder commits himself to the customer to ensure dispatch of the goods indicated in the forwarding order. 1.2. The transportation of goods takes place between addresses indicated in the forwarding order. 1.3. The offer made by the freight forwarder is directed only at commercial customers. 1.4. Upon express request of the customer, the freight forwarder concludes a cargo insurance.
SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. 3.1.1 The specification of any Services shall be as set out in the invoice and/or Order Confirmation in conjunction to this Agreement, which shall be completed and executed by both parties and shall thereupon form part of this Agreement. 3.1.2 The Supplier warrants that it shall provide the Services using all reasonable care and skill and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the specification, timescales, service levels, reporting requirements and other details of such Services (together the “Specification”) as set out in the relevant Order Confirmation. 3.1.3 The Supplier shall not be liable as a result of any failure to comply with such Specification, or any Service Level Agreement as referred to in clause 3.1.6, provided that it has fulfilled its duties under clause 3.1.2 3.1.4 Customer Interactions during call centre campaigns are inherently random and therefore difficult to correctly forecast. Accordingly, The Supplier will use reasonable endeavours to effectively process all Customer Interactions but will not be liable for any Customer Interactions that are not processed. 3.1.5 If the Client requires the Supplier to process a significantly higher volume of Customer Interactions than usual, the Supplier will require reasonable notice to enable it to make arrangements in advance. 3.1.6 The Client may notify the Supplier that it requires the Services to achieve exceptional service levels, in which case the Supplier may make arrangements to facilitate such service levels being achieved at an agreed cost to the Client. Such arrangements and any additional charges will be recorded in writing and outlined in an amended Order Confirmation executed by the parties which will be supplemental to (and form part of) the relevant Order Confirmation and may include provision for the Client to provide full management information on expected call volumes, email volumes etc, dates, times and other relevant details.

SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. 2.1 The Supplier must: (a) ensure that the Services supplied to TasPorts strictly comply with: (i) the Purchase Order (including the Specification) and the Warranties; (ii) all applicable Laws in force at the date of provision of the Services and any relevant Australian Standards; (iii) any of TasPorts' quality assurance requirements notified to the Supplier in the Purchase Order and/or Specification; and (iv) TasPorts’ reasonable directions and policies as notified by TasPorts within a reasonable timeframe prior to commencement of the Services. (b) perform the Services with due care and skill, and to a standard to be expected of a professional person both competent and experienced in providing services similar to the Services; (c) supply the Services together with all Documents required to transfer ownership of any supplies and materials incorporated into the Services to TasPorts (including copies of any warranties and third party warranties in relation to those supplies or materials) and, on completion of the Services, full documentation identifying the relevant Purchase Order and a description of the Services; (d) maintain its quality assurance certification for the duration of this Agreement; and (e) where the Services include design, development or completion of the design or a performance specification or any combination of these, exercise skill, care and diligence to the standard expected of a professional engineer or consultant as the case may be providing design services in Australia of a similar nature in respect of services comparable to the Services.
SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. 6.1 Bridge will provide the Services set out in Schedule 1. 6.2 Bridge will use reasonable endeavours to provide the Service for use by the Customer from the Proposed Start Date unless otherwise specifically agreed by the Parties in writing or unless Bridge are unable to do so as the result of a failure by the Customer to fulfil their obligations under this Contract or by any delay caused by a nominated third party. 6.3 The Customer acknowledges that Bridge is dependent upon third parties when providing the Services. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Contract, Bridge will not be liable to the Customer in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for the actions of any third party that affect or otherwise impact upon the provision of the Services.
