CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND FINANCIAL OR OTHER IRREGULARITIES. 10.1. The Recipient must have and will keep in place formal procedures that require the Recipient and its Representatives to declare any personal or financial interest in any matter concerning the Funded Activities and if a conflict of interest is identified the individual is to be excluded from any discussion or decision-making relating to the matter concerned.
