Transparency. On request, the data exporter shall make a copy of these Clauses, including the Appendix as completed by the Parties, available to the data subject free of charge. To the extent necessary to protect business secrets or other confidential information, including the measures described in Annex II and personal data, the data exporter may redact part of the text of the Appendix to these Clauses prior to sharing a copy, but shall provide a meaningful summary where the data subject would otherwise not be able to understand the its content or exercise his/her rights. On request, the Parties shall provide the data subject with the reasons for the redactions, to the extent possible without revealing the redacted information. This Clause is without prejudice to the obligations of the data exporter under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Transparency. The HSP will post a copy of this Agreement and each Compliance Declaration submitted to the LHIN during the term of this Agreement in a conspicuous and easily accessible public place at its sites of operations to which this Agreement applies and on its public website, if the HSP operates a public website.
Transparency. The Parties shall publish their laws, or otherwise make publicly available their laws, regulations and administrative rulings of general application as well as their respective international agreements regarding trade entering into force after this Agreement that may affect the operation of this Agreement.
Transparency. 1. Each Contracting Party shall promptly publish, or otherwise make publicly available, its laws, regulations, procedures and administrative rulings and judicial decisions of general application as well as international agreements which may affect the investments of investors of the other Contracting Party in the territory of the former Contracting Party.
2. Nothing in this Agreement shall require a Contracting Party to furnish or allow access to any confidential or proprietary information, including information concerning particular investors or investments, the disclosure of which would impede law enforcement or be contrary to its laws protecting confidentiality or prejudice legitimate commercial interests of particular investors.
Transparency. 20.1 The Recipient acknowledges that the Commissioner shall disclose payments made against this grant, in accordance with the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011. This requires the Commissioner to publish information as to each crime and disorder grant made by him, subject to the exemptions set out in the Order.
20.2 No information shall be disclosed if such disclosure would be in breach of the Data Protection Act, or is exempted from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act
20.3 The Commissioner may use the information provided by the Recipient for the purposes of publicising the grant scheme or the detailed grant awarded.
Transparency. (a) In order to enable data subjects to effectively exercise their rights pursuant to Clause 10, the data importer shall inform them, either directly or through the data exporter:
(i) of its identity and contact details;
(ii) of the categories of personal data processed;
(iii) of the right to obtain a copy of these Clauses;
(iv) where it intends to onward transfer the personal data to any third party/ies, of the recipient or categories of recipients (as appropriate with a view to providing meaningful information), the purpose of such onward transfer and the ground therefore pursuant to Clause 8.7.
(b) Paragraph (a) shall not apply where the data subject already has the information, including when such information has already been provided by the data exporter, or providing the information proves impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort for the data importer. In the latter case, the data importer shall, to the extent possible, make the information publicly available.
(c) On request, the Parties shall make a copy of these Clauses, including the Appendix as completed by them, available to the data subject free of charge. To the extent necessary to protect business secrets or other confidential information, including personal data, the Parties may redact part of the text of the Appendix prior to sharing a copy, but shall provide a meaningful summary where the data subject would otherwise not be able to understand its content or exercise his/her rights. On request, the Parties shall provide the data subject with the reasons for the redactions, to the extent possible without revealing the redacted information.
(d) Paragraphs (a) to (c) are without prejudice to the obligations of the data exporter under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Transparency. 1. In order to achieve the objectives of this Agreement, each Member State shall:
(a) promptly and at least annually inform the AIA Council of any investment-related agreements or arrangements which it has entered into and where preferential treatment was granted;
(b) promptly and at least annually inform the AIA Council of the introduction of any new law or of any changes to existing laws, regulations or administrative guidelines, which significantly affect investments or commitments of a Member State under this Agreement;
(c) make publicly available, all relevant laws, regulations and administrative guidelines of general application that pertain to, or affect investments in the territory of the Member State; and
(d) establish or designate an enquiry point where, upon request of any natural person, juridical person or any other Member State, all information relating to the measures required to be published or made available under subparagraphs (b) and (c) may be promptly obtained.
2. Nothing in this Agreement shall require a Member State to furnish or allow access to any confidential information, including information concerning particular investors or investments, the disclosure of which would impede law enforcement, or otherwise be contrary to the public interest, or which would prejudice legitimate commercial interests of particular juridical persons, public or private.
Transparency. 20.1 The Parties acknowledge that, except for any information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA, the content of this Framework Agreement is not Confidential Information. The Authority shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion whether any of the content of the Framework Agreement is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA.
20.2 Notwithstanding any other term of this Framework Agreement, the Supplier hereby gives his consent for the Authority to publish the Framework Agreement in its entirety, (subject to any information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of FOIA redacted) including from time to time agreed changes to the Framework Agreement.
20.3 The Authority may consult with the Supplier to help with its decision regarding any exemptions under Clause 20.1 above but the Authority shall have the final decision in its absolute discretion.
20.4 The Supplier shall assist and cooperate with the Authority to enable the Authority to publish this Framework Agreement.
Transparency. 12.1. The Authority and the Grant Recipient acknowledge that, except for any information, which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the Information Acts, the content of the Grant Funding Agreement is not confidential.
Transparency. 1. The Parties shall publish or otherwise make publicly available their laws, regulations, judicial decisions, administrative rulings of general application and their respective international agreements that may affect the operation of this Agreement.
2. The Parties shall promptly respond to specific questions and provide, upon request, information to each other on matters referred to in paragraph 1. They are not required to disclose confidential information.
