Common use of Conflicts of Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Conflicts of Interpretation. If the terms or conditions of any applicable Attachment conflict with this Purchase Order, the terms and conditions of such Attachment shall control except where such provision would result in a breach or violation of this Purchase Order.
