Data Transmission. The procedures for transmitting load obligation data to PJM for DS Supplier’s DS Load shall be as set forth by PJM.

Data Transmission. In connection with the termination of a particular Service, on or prior to the last day of each relevant Service Period, the Provider will cooperate fully and will cause its Affiliates to cooperate fully to support any transfer of data concerning the relevant Services to the applicable Recipient. If requested by the Recipient in connection with the prior sentence, the Provider will deliver and will cause its Affiliates to deliver to the applicable Recipient, within such time periods as the parties may reasonably agree, all records, data, files and other information received or computed for the benefit of such Recipient during the Service Period, in electronic and/or hard copy form; provided, however, that (i) the Provider will not have any obligation to provide or cause to provide data in any non-standard format and (ii) if the Provider, in its sole discretion, upon request of the Recipient, chooses to provide data in any non-standard format, the Provider and its Affiliates will be reimbursed for their reasonable out-of-pocket costs for providing data electronically in any format other than its standard format, unless expressly provided otherwise in the Schedule.
Data Transmission. Contractor shall ensure that all electronic transmission or exchange of system and application data with City and/or any other parties expressly designated by City shall take place via encrypted secure means (e.g. HTTPS or SFTP or most current industry standard established by NIST). Contractor shall also ensure that all data exchanged shall be used expressly and solely for the purposes enumerated in the Agreement. Data shall not be distributed, repurposed or shared across other applications, environments, or business units of Contractor. Contractor shall ensure that no City Data of any kind shall be copied, modified, destroyed, deleted, transmitted, exchanged or otherwise passed to other vendors or interested parties except on a case-by-case basis as specifically agreed to in writing by City. Contractor is prohibited from accessing City Data from outside the continental United States.
Data Transmission. Transmission of data between Agency and SAO will use a secure method that is commensurate to the sensitivity of the data being transmitted.
Data Transmission. Supplier agrees that any and all electronic transmission or exchange of system and application data with the University and/or any other third parties when such third-party exchanges have been approved in writing by the University shall take place via secure means (using HTTPS or SFTP or equivalent) and solely in accordance with Subsection C.9.g regarding data re-use.
Data Transmission. Supplier shall ensure that any and all transmission or exchange of University Data shall take place by secure means, e.g., HTTPS or FTPS; and
Data Transmission. Solution data shall only be transmitted through secure transmission methods utilizing a National Institute of Standards and Technology approved means of electronic encryption as well as password protection and in a file format and layout determined by the Department or the Purchaser, as applicable. Solution data shall not be transmitted via any other means, including electronic mail. If applicable to any transmission of the Solution data, both transmitter and the receiver shall completely and permanently remove Solution data from any temporary transfer location within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the Solution data.
Data Transmission. Customer acknowledges that Company is not a financial or credit reporting institution. Company is responsible only for providing data transmission to effect or direct certain payment authorizations for Customer (or its customers) and is not responsible for the results of any credit inquiry, the operation of websites or internet service providers, financial institutions, financial processors, the availability of the internet, or for any damages or costs that Customer may suffer or incur as a result of any instructions given, actions taken or omissions made by Customer or its authorized users, Customer’s financial processor, financial institution, or internet service provider.
Data Transmission a. When transmitting HCA’s Confidential Information electronically, including via email, the Data must be encrypted using NIST 800-series approved algorithms (xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/publications/PubsSPs.html). This includes transmission over the public internet.
b. When transmitting HCA’s Confidential Information via paper documents, the Contractor must use a Trusted System and must be physically kept in possession of an authorized person
