Common use of Conflicts with Lease Clause in Contracts

Conflicts with Lease. This Agreement shall supersede, as between Tenant and Lender, all of the terms and provisions of the Lease which are inconsistent with this Agreement, but shall not affect any obligations or liabilities of Borrower, as landlord, under the Lease.
