Common use of Conformance to Law Clause in Contracts

Conformance to Law. The provisions of this Section are subject to such amendment or modification as may be required to comply with any future applicable State or Federal laws or regulations which may become binding upon the parties hereto. The Association and the District agree to follow all Federal, State and local laws, regulations and guidelines with respect to the administration of leave of absence where the provisions of this agreement are more favorable for the employee than those provided under law, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.
